If you have any problems downloaded or opening your files, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help you get your order.

Vitalics Return Policy

Vitalics offers a 30 day money back guarantee. In order to receive your guarantee, Please email customer support at Request a Refund on Vitalics Order. Please provide your your order ID and the email used when placing your order when submitting a request. Once we confirm that you have not had your internal control system for more than 30 days, Vitalics will issue your refund directly to your original purchase receipt. Refunds will go back to the credit card or Paypal account that you used. Once your refund is processed, your access to the Vitalics dashboard will become disabled and you will no longer be able to login.

We do not provide refunds to any of our products that a customer made through Amazon or other 3rd party retailers.
